Welcome to my website. This is my first blog post!

My name is Jacob and I’m a 17 year old YouTuber. I’ve had my channel since 2016, but my first video was uploaded on December 7 2020. I have been trying to upload every Wednesday and Sunday since then and my little channel community has grown to 182 subscribers so far!

This website has been a long time coming and I’m so glad that I have the opportunity to put it together properly now.

I’ve been gaming for many years now. My first console was a PS1 and the first game I every played on it was Driver: Parallel Lines. I’ve loved gaming ever since and still play games that are very similar like the Forza Horizon series. I play a lot of games and having a YouTube channel of my own has always been a big dream of mine.

I grew up with watching gaming channels like StampyLongNose, IBallisticSquid and DanTDM (Minecraft was very popular) and I always marveled at how many people were enjoying and interacting with their content. I’ve always thought it looked like a lot of fun and even though I know now that being in charge of my own channel is definitely much harder than it looks, I was right!

I play with my friends on a lot of my videos and we are always left laughing. It’s a lot of fun and I adore it more than I can say.

I have been home-schooled since I was 9 and since I’m autistic, it’s always been difficult to immerse myself in learning topics I’m not fully interested in. When my mum first taught me how to edit and properly put together my own videos, it didn’t take me long to get the hang of it. I was hooked!

And here I am! A year later with 182 subscribers who love gaming as much as I do. I can’t wait to see where we are next year.
